The controller of your personal data is Seattle Innovation S.L. (hereinafter, “uniqOS”), with registered office at Paseo Carmelitas 64, 6ºB, 37007 Salamanca, Spain, and tax ID (NIF) B26939066. You can contact us at privacy@uniqos.ai for any matter related to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data we collect
We process identification and contact data you provide (name, email, company), account and billing data, technical data (IP, browser, device, logs), and usage data from our website, APIs and SDKs. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to (i) provide and operate uniqOS — performance of a contract; (ii) communicate product updates and respond to enquiries — legitimate interest; (iii) send commercial communications where you have opted in — consent; (iv) comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation; (v) prevent fraud and ensure security — legitimate interest.
4. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship is in force and, afterwards, for the legal periods required (tax, accounting and contractual liability), after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We share data with technology providers acting as processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payments, support, email and AI model providers) bound by data processing agreements. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where applicable.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and to withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@uniqos.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
