Terms of Use
The terms that govern your access to and use of the uniqOS website, APIs, SDKs and services.

1. Provider
The uniqOS website and services are provided by Seattle Innovation S.L., with registered office at Paseo Carmelitas 64, 6ºB, 37007 Salamanca, Spain, and tax ID (NIF) B26939066 (“uniqOS”, “we”). Contact: hello@uniqos.ai.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using uniqOS you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use uniqOS to (i) violate any applicable law, including the EU AI Act and the GDPR; (ii) build systems for unlawful surveillance, manipulation or discrimination; (iii) reverse-engineer or circumvent technical limits; (iv) upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual property
uniqOS, including its software, models, documentation, brand and content, is owned by Seattle Innovation S.L. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to uniqOS. You grant us the licenses strictly necessary to operate the service. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by a Data Processing Agreement.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep uniqOS available but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, uniqOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use uniqOS. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will remain in force.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Salamanca (Spain), except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
